Preparing for Your QHHT Session
How to Prepare for your QHHT Session
Prior to the session:
1) Keep an open mind
The best thing that you can do to prepare for your session is to keep an open mind and leave all expectations behind. Try not to overthink things and remember that your Highest Self will only show you what you are ready to see. Release your worries. Relax. There's peace.
2) Try meditation
If you’ve never meditated before, I would recommend that you start a meditation practice, even if it’s for a few minutes at a time. It’s not a requirement but meditation is one way to stop the chatter of the mind and to connect with your Higher Self. Miracles can happen with meditation alone!
3) Set your intentions
Know that all is happening for your highest good. It’s not a coincidence or accident that you stumbled upon my website! You are already connected to your Highest Self and you were guided to this experience. Set your intentions knowing that you will have a great successful session for your highest good and benefit.
4) Type or write out a list of questions
Find some time to connect and reflect on you, your life, your relationships, your purpose, etc. If you could have all the answers to any questions, what answers would you seek? Prepare a typed up or neatly handwritten list of your questions. We will discuss your questions during the interview process.
Your questions may be about life, relationships, career, diet, health and whatever you'd like to undersatnd. The most asked question is: what is my purpose? You’ll get the answer for whatever your Highest Self deems is appropriate.
The day of the session:
1) Should I have someone drive me to the session?
Please arrive to the session alone. Your session is strictly confidential. This includes spouses, children, friends and family members. You may share your recording with anyone you choose after you hear it. You will be relaxed and refreshed and ready for your drive home after the session concludes.
2) How should I dress for the session?
Wear comfortable loose and relaxed clothing. For the hypnosis part of the session you’ll be given a blanket to keep nice and warm. It is common to be chilly during the deep state of relaxation you will enter. During hypnosis, the tone of voice may lower down and it’s important that I can hear you clearly without any obstructions over your face or mouth. The session is also recorded and it’s important that the recorder can pick up your voice.
3) What should I eat prior to the session?
Eat at good and healthy meal prior to your session that contains some protein and fats to sustain you. Eat things that are gentle on your digestive tract that will not make you have to use the bathroom suddenly or frequently. You may have a little coffee, although I would recommend not having any caffeine. Herbal tea or decaff coffee is preferable. No alcohol or drugs are permitted during the session. You may take required prescription medications and bring a snack and water for after the session.
4) Please don't forget to bring your list of questions!
